So this is how it looks from the Lt. Governor Dewhursts’s perch.   We were lucky enough to be invited to take a few photographs at the Texas State Capitol.   I resisted temptation and didn’t bang the gavel. Tweet Share on Facebook

My wife and I were walking by the Texas State Capitol on a beautiful December evening when I quickly snapped this with my Canon G10.   If I remember correctly, this was a HDR image.  By the way it was a quick shot because it was close to dinner time. Tweet Share on Facebook

A beautiful tree in Blue, Texas

August 23rd, 2008 Permalink

This picture was taken with a Canon G5 on my sister-in-law’s ranch near Blue, Texas.  It is a very high resolution picture since I took three shots and stitched them together.   The high resolution is useful since I printed it on a large canvas.   It now hangs in MicroAssist’s Training Center.
